Primitive Old Style Songbird ~ Pattern

Simple Primitives done in the tradition of old

Before the morning coffee while sleep is still in your eyes,
As daylight peeps over the mountaintops,
The air is filled with beautiful song.

This is the old style songbird.  She is extremely primitive.  She has grass wings sewn on.  You can make her to sit by herself or perch on a pedestal.  She really looks wonderful on old doorknobs.

She measures approximately 8½" long by 4½" tall when completed as shown (not including a pedestal).

God be with you.
