Ladybug Door Doll ~ Pattern
Kentucky Primitives folk artist
Victoria Lynn
Simple Primitives done in the tradition of old

This ladybug will look beautiful hanging on your door this summer.  Her wings are sewn on separate.  They are old and tattered looking, with tiny holes here and there. Black buttons are sewn on for her spots.  A few are missing as if lost through time.

She hangs by a twine hanger to each side.  She has rusty wire antenna and heavy wire legs that stick out from each side.  The little poem pinned to her side is made from aged paper, which tells of the good olde summerthyme.  She measures approximately 23½" when completed as shown.

God bless you.
