Simple Primitives done in the tradition of old

These two old owls are made in the early primitive style.  They are so plain yet so primitive.  They are made from heavily stained Osnaburg.  They are rag stuffed for an early feel.  They have old nail noses sewn on, rusty bottlecap eyes, and dried grass sewn on with black floss.  They sit on old vintage thread spools that are sewn to their bodies.  One has thread showing at the bottom as if it has been mended.  These will make a wonderful autumn display in your old cupboard.

They are approximately 8½" tall.
Thet are extremely primitive.

God bless you.

They will come signed and dated.  Design is copyright Victoria Lynn, Kentucky Primitives.
