Little Baby Bunny "Lulu" ~ Doll

Simple Primitives done in the tradition of old

Happy Spring everyone :)  This is baby bunny Lulu.  She is made in the old primitive way with a vintage touch.  Spring is in the air and colors are bursting.  Sweet little Lulu will add a hint of color to your prim home.

Lulu is old and tattered looking.  She has bits of dried grass peeping out of holes in her body where she is worn and old.  She has the sweetest little head and long ears.  Her little body is stumpy and her little belly is fat as a butterball.

She is made from vintage quilt batting and rag stuffed, and painted a pale shade of pink.  Her arms and legs are dried sticks with grass peeping out around them.  She wears a little collar around her neck with a tiny twine bow.  Two black buttons are sewn on her belly.  She holds an old grungy carrot that has been wired to her arm.  A little poem in stained paper is pinned on with sweet annie.  The poem reads:

In Life
The little things
The little moments
They are not little

She measures approximately 11" tall (not including her ears), and measures approximately 14½" tall from the tip of her ear to the bottom of her little stick feet.  You will love this sweet little baby bunny.
