These are old style Valentine letter cupboard hangers.  They have tiny moth holes in them.  Buttons and Snookums are stuffed inside the pocket.  They can also be made to be placed together in the same pocket.  They are adorable.  They measure approximately 12" tall when completed as shown (including the hanger).
